Reasons for black oil: the black oil of the breaking hammer is mainly caused by the mixing of butter with hydraulic oil in the breaking hammer core, which causes the wave pressure oil to deteriorate and blacken.

terms of settlement:

1： The vent valve on the lower cylinder of the hydraulic hammer shall not be blocked.

2： The correct way to apply grease is to make the tool perpendicular to the ground at 90 degrees and make the tool fully contact the piston face.

3： Install the return filter element. Black oil solution for breaking hammer. Replace the hydraulic oil, the oil seal of the hammer, clean the core of the hammer, and then take preventive measures.

The black oil in the hydraulic system of the excavator caused by the breaking hammer is not only caused by dust, but also caused by non-standard grease filling.
