1、 Crusher cleaning

Regularly cleaning the chassis, working device and other parts of the crusher can effectively remove the dirt on the surface of the crusher. At the same time, during the cleaning process, it can also be found whether each part is worn, laying a foundation for further maintenance. When cleaning, it should be noted that it is prohibited to use high-pressure and high-temperature water gun to clean electrical appliances and other parts to avoid damage.

2、 Selection and replacement of oil

1. Selection of fuel oil

In the low temperature environment, diesel is easier to wax, its viscosity increases, and its fluidity becomes worse, resulting in incomplete combustion and reducing the power of the diesel engine. In order to reduce the fuel consumption of diesel oil, diesel oil with low freezing point is required. In addition, it is necessary to clean the fuel system, thoroughly clean the filter screen, and check the condition of the fuel transfer pump to eliminate hidden dangers.

2. Replacement of diesel engine oil

Low temperature engine oil with low viscosity shall be selected for diesel engine. The use of high-performance engine oil can not only prevent the engine oil from being oxidized at high temperatures, but also avoid leaving deposits on diesel engine components, thus extending the life of the diesel engine.

3. Replace lubricating oil and grease

When winter comes, it is better to replace the gear oil in the transmission and differential with gear oil that can be used in winter.

3、 Maintenance of parts

1. When maintaining the cooling system of the diesel engine, check the working condition of the thermostat. Once mud and sand are found in the water tank, it must be removed immediately.

2. Check whether the motor wiring of the battery is normal. It is necessary to charge the battery frequently in winter and maintain the preheating device.

3. For the maintenance of the brake system, check whether the brake fluid is sufficient and whether the oil-water separator and the anti fouling switch are normal. For abnormal phenomena such as weak braking and deviation, it must be adjusted in time.
