1： The vent valve on the lower cylinder of the hydraulic hammer shall not be blocked.

2： The correct way to apply grease is to make the tool perpendicular to the ground at 90 degrees and make the tool fully contact the piston face.

3： Install the return filter element. Black oil solution for breaking hammer. Replace the hydraulic oil, the oil seal of the hammer, clean the core of the hammer, and then take preventive measures.

The black oil in the hydraulic system of the excavator caused by the breaking hammer is not only caused by dust, but also caused by non-standard grease filling.

Solution to blackening of hydraulic oil for hydraulic breaking hammer: When the distance between the bushing and the steel drill exceeds 8mm, it is recommended to replace the bushing. On average, one inner bushing needs to be replaced for every two outer casings. When replacing hydraulic accessories such as oil pipe, steel pipe and oil return filter element, the breaking hammer can be loosened and replaced only after the dust or debris at the interface is cleaned. The breaking hammer shall be lifted and the steel drill rod shall be pressed into the piston when filling the grease. Only half of the standard grease gun shall be filled each time.
